Edit1: After i saw the creator's reply i have revised the stars for this creator. The creator is actually a good person and based on his commitment to the product , I had purchased it. He says in his comments that he will make this right. So I am revising the review to give him 5 stars. His assumption that I have reviewed him in appsumo as well is wrong. Original Comment: ______________________________________________ The creator sold the deal saying whitelabel is available and made it appear quite attractive at the time of buying. But later in december 2023 he changed the deal terms. Whenever the deal term is changed, they should give option to refund the deal or accept the changes. Here only option is to accept the changes. Edit2: I saw your response now. Did not know where to reply. So editing my comment to reply to your message. No - your assumption is completely wrong. It has been ages that i have not commented anything on appsumo. Secondly, I had purchased your deal in appsumo based on the information on "Product Hunt" i.e product hunt is the first place where i came to know about eniston. So I came here and commented. I purchased your product for future use, not for immediate use. I have not created a single workspace there. The question is not about 4.99 USD. It is more about the values that the founder upholds. You are dealing with a different ecosystem with ltds. Someone who buys help space immediately starts using it. Not the general ltds. So kindly take the feedback as positively as possible. You priced your knowledge base wrong. Possibly You could have listed it at double the price in appsumo. But promising something and changing it appears unfair. I could have refunded the deal in appsumo. But i am way past refund window (I purchased this last year). My suggestion is founder reputation is very important. There are huge ltd communities which are private and they talk all the time. Note: Regarding RankTracker: You mentioned that one other appsumo commentator who also negatively reviewed you in appsumo gave reference of ranktracker. Coincidentally I am also the victim of that scum from whom I purchased the highest tier. On top of that he amassed 600+ reviews in appsumo by promising additional features for those who reviewed him. He has become kind of blacksheep in ltd community. He started in exact similar way as eniston. Played with some additional subscription, added small fee here and there and finally blocked everyone's account who did not want to go for yearly subscription. Today 21000+ people in the private ltd community talk negatively about this scum and have warned that no one should buy his product. I think that is what the appsumo commentator was trying to refer to. Reputation of the saas founder is so important that it cannot be overemphasized. It hit the cord with me hence mentioning it.

Didn't you just post this on AppSumo: "I repeat again... yours is a good software. Please dont join the rank of creators who made appsumo purchasers left out like..."? We did not "trap" anybody and complaining everywhere, making our software look bad (which it isn't), is really immature. Please, refund your purchase and try Helpspace? Oh, they charge $15/m so you can remove their powered by link. Maybe try GitBook - oh, wait, they don't allow you to remove that at all. All we ask for is a single one-time payment of around $7 to remove that link and you go all nuts over that. You're not rating our product here, and you know that. You just want to rant and that is just as unfair, as you would call it on AppSumo. Talk to us in a nice way and we would have made an exception for your workspaces, like we already did for other existing customers who were simply asking instead of complaining.
