Launching today
Most small business owners face the same problem when trying to use AI tools: they don't have time for re-explaining their business in every chat. Empacer is designed to skip this part. Three questions at setup, then spoken requests become a ready plan and finished work: customer replies, social posts, invoices and more. Nothing is sent without the owner's approval.

The approval step is what makes this believable for a real shop — nothing going out without the owner seeing it is the right contract. What I'm curious about is the day-to-day rhythm of it: if an owner edits the same kind of thing in a few drafts in a row, say the tone of customer replies, does Empacer pick that up as a preference for the next week, or does each draft start fresh from the three onboarding answers? And if a week of drafts sits unapproved, do they just wait, or do they pile up alongside the next week's plan?
The approval step is a smart touch. Small business owners want less work, not less control. Curious if Empacer learns from the edits owners make before approving?
Having it draft the first week from three setup questions is a nice way to skip the blank page. Does it pick up the owner's tone from voice requests too?
Three setup questions instead of re explaining the business in every chat is exactly the friction that stops my barber from ever using AI, and approving each piece before it goes out keeps it safe.
@karimbenkeroum Appreciate it, Kareem. If your barber ever tries it, that’s the review we'd want most!
What clicked for me is the approval step. Letting it draft everything but keeping the owner as the last word is exactly the right amount of trust for this kind of tool.
@solodnev Thank you! We think of it as a simple contract: Empacer does the work, the owner stays the editor-in-chief.
tbh it’s nice that this isn’t drowning in buzzwords. it just reads like something useful, which is weirdly rare in this category
@dimamat Thanks, that's exactly what we were going for. The test for every screen and every line is whether a busy owner gets it in one glance. Glad it reads that way!
Making admin work simpler for small business owners is a genuinely useful problem to solve. I like the voice-first approach and the focus on getting work done without constantly switching between tools. Congratulations on the launch🚀
@iamsayeed Thanks, Sayeed! "Without switching between tools" is the part owners feel first, glad it reads through 😊
