Most small business owners face the same problem when trying to use AI tools: they don't have time for re-explaining their business in every chat. Empacer is designed to skip this part. Three questions at setup, then spoken requests become a ready plan and finished work: customer replies, social posts, invoices and more. Nothing is sent without the owner's approval.

If it remembers the whole business, owners would probably want to know where that lives. How do you handle memory and privacy?
@kristina__grits
Hi, thanks for asking! Yesmakhan here, I'm an engineer at Empacer.
Memory and privacy go hand in hand here, so here's a few specifics:
Memory: Empacer stores business details like services, pricing, and schedules as context across sessions. Those details give future tasks a starting point without the owner repeating the same background. It can also retain facts extracted from connected communications to maintain continuity.
Privacy: Connecting an account doesn't mean Empacer constantly reads everything. It accesses information when a task needs it, like checking a calendar before suggesting a booking time. Owners choose which apps to connect and can disconnect them anytime, which removes the stored access credentials.
Voice input is transcribed into text; we don't keep the audio. Parts of requests go to our AI providers under agreements that prohibit using that data for model training and limit retention to what's needed to process the request.
Within Empacer, we use encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect stored information.
I bet Empacer's gonna save HOURS for business owners! Although I'm more experienced in the self-employed/freelancer space, I know the pain of "omg I need so much done, but I don't have the time to do it all manually right now" all too well, too. The voice AI agent would be sooo helpful. It's like having an operational assistant that can do stuff for you 24/7 without ever complaining about the long voice notes 😁 Good luck with the launch!!
@viktoriia_kononenko Thanks, Viktoriia! The long voice notes are welcome here 😄 And honestly, self-employed folks fit right in: same pain, same fix: say it out loud, approve, done.
Curious about the range of what it can do. Does it handle the boring paperwork like price lists too?
@maria_anosova It does. Price lists, documents and invoices are part of the range: you can ask for an updated price list out loud and review the draft like anything else. Posts and replies are where most people start, but the paperwork side is exactly the kind of work we want off our users' plate.
@kenessary You need to spread the word about your product to all business owners - this will save them dozens, or even hundreds, of hours of their time
The approval step is what makes this believable for a real shop — nothing going out without the owner seeing it is the right contract. What I'm curious about is the day-to-day rhythm of it: if an owner edits the same kind of thing in a few drafts in a row, say the tone of customer replies, does Empacer pick that up as a preference for the next week, or does each draft start fresh from the three onboarding answers? And if a week of drafts sits unapproved, do they just wait, or do they pile up alongside the next week's plan?
@jcbuilds
Love this question! You're describing exactly the rhythm we design around.
On the first part: yes, it learns. If an owner keeps softening the tone of replies across a few drafts, Empacer picks that up and the next drafts start from the softer tone, not from the onboarding baseline. Edits are treated as signal, not noise.
On unapproved work: the flow is built around finishing things together. A draft that isn't approved isn't abandoned - the owner gives edits and we iterate until it’s right. And if they'd rather deal with something else first, they just say so and switch; the draft waits, nothing goes out on its own, and nothing gets buried under next week’s plan. In any case, by the end of each day, Empacer creates a digest of what was done throughout the dat, so that users could finish the work if something was forgot during the day.
ok not really a product question but the name is good. what’s the story behind Empacer?
@ashimgoldar The world moves incredibly fast right now, especially around AI, and business owners rarely have the time to keep up with all of it. So, Empacer is about keeping your pace - you stay in step with the moment without having to study any of it. Glad it landed!
I bet it should work for markets like Brazil, as people tends to speak more than type! Great job guys!
@aleksanadr_lavrinenko Thanks for the tip, Aleksandr! You’re really onto something. Where people already live in voice notes, Empacer will feel native from day one. We'll definitely look closer into it!
