Most small business owners face the same problem when trying to use AI tools: they don't have time for re-explaining their business in every chat. Empacer is designed to skip this part. Three questions at setup, then spoken requests become a ready plan and finished work: customer replies, social posts, invoices and more. Nothing is sent without the owner's approval.

One thing I always check with tools like this: is business data used to train the models or it stays inside the account?
@sutarmin
No, we don't use any data for model training, and our agreements with AI providers prohibit them from training on it as well. What you put in stays in your account, and you can disconnect any app whenever you want.
voice first is the reason I clicked, I do most of my work by voice now. when I dictate something long and messy, does it say back what it understood before it starts?
@olia_nemirovski
Thanks, Olia! This indeed matters a lot with voice. If something in your request is unclear, Empacer asks before it starts, so a messy dictation doesn't turn into a messy result. If everything's clear, it just gets to work and brings you a draft to approve. And if it still got something wrong, you fix it right in the draft before approving or sending anything.
Small thing, but it matters day to day: when a post is ready, does it go straight to Instagram from the app, or do I copy it over myself? Thanks
@dan_webvizio Both options work. If you have a Professional Instagram account, you can connect it and send a ready post straight from Empacer. With a regular account, it can work as your content engine: Empacer drafts the post and you copy it over yourself.
This looks very promising. What can I try before connecting any accounts?
@maria_polesh Quite a bit. Onboarding is three questions and doesn't ask you to connect anything, and right after it Empacer shows the first work as drafts. You can review and edit all of it, and everything it writes is yours to use anywhere. Connections come in later, when you want the work to go out through your tools.
This looks genuinely useful. Quick question - what if it gets something wrong about the user's business?
@artyom_zhuravlev
Right after onboarding, Empacer shows you a summary of what it understood from your three answers - that’s where you can fix anything it misread or add what’s missing. Also, you can update your information anytime after that: just tell that something changed or wasn’t quite right out loud, and Empacer will refresh its knowledge of your business.
Is it integrated with ClickUp?
@dimoire Yes, ClickUp is in there. You can create and edit tasks, manage sprints, the core day-to-day stuff, all by just asking for it.
@belider Yes! If you have an Instagram or Facebook professional account (or TikTok Business for TikTok), you can connect it and send posts straight from Empacer. No business account? Still works! Empacer drafts the post, you copy it over and publish yourself. Either way the content part is done for you.
