EmailSpy was born out of a brainstorm with @oskarkramarz, it's one of those "side projects in a notepad" that actually came to life. It was put together in about a week. It uses n8n for the back-end, Next.js for front-end (hosted on Vercel), and a combo of BraveSearch/ Firecrawl / Puppeteer to find emails across sites.
We built it to both show how you can use low-code tooling to ship SaaS-like value, and to explore shipping AI-powered tools as part of my 30 Day AI Sprint (https://30dayaisprint.notion.sit...).
You could probably take this service, make the API public and run a modest microsass with it. The back-end is set up in a way to be very customizable (for example increasing how many sites are searched). In any case, we're giving away the entire project for free: front-end, back-end. The only reason it's not "Open Source" on Product Hunt is because the "Duplicate EmailSpy" page is in notion, not PH. I truly hope this helps inspire some folks to get building with AI - I'm no expert but I've learned a TON over the last 25 days of my AI Sprint.
Thanks for your support and looking forward to your feedback as well. Thanks so much once again to @janoberhauser for hunting us 🙏
Saw a few edgecases come in whilst folks are testing (e.g. HTTP website not HTTPS). Pushing fixes live in n8n as errors come up :)

@oskarkramarz@janoberhauser@max_tkacz awesome work guys! I'ld love to clone the front-end template if possible. Are you able to share the code for the NextJS frontend please?
EmailSpy sounds like a fantastic project that showcases the power of low-code tools and AI to deliver real value quickly. It’s great to see how you’ve combined n8n, Next.js, BraveSearch, Firecrawl, and Puppeteer to create a service that efficiently finds emails across websites. The fact that you’re making the entire project available for free is an amazing way to encourage others to experiment and learn with AI-powered tools. It’s inspiring to see how you’ve leveraged your 30-Day AI Sprint to not only build a working product but also to foster a collaborative and open mindset in the community.
This could be a great resource for people looking to launch their own micro-SaaS or integrate AI into their workflows without starting from scratch. Looking forward to seeing what others create with it, and kudos to you and @oskarkramarz for bringing this idea to life so quickly!

Building EmailSpy with @max_tkacz has been an incredibly fun journey! I’m especially excited to see an idea that had been sitting in my notepad for almost two years finally come to life. It’s a reminder of how powerful execution can be when the timing, team (!) and the tools align.
This wouldn’t have been possible to build so quickly without the amazing low-code platforms like n8n for automation, Supabase for our database/caching needs, and Firecrawl for scraping. These tools really streamlined our workflow, allowing us to focus on refining the user experience and core functionality without getting bogged down in the heavy lifting.
Can’t wait to see how people use it!
