Email Save lets you select attachments, choose a suggested, recent or favorite SharePoint or OneDrive destination, and save everything without leaving Outlook. You can also save the original email as an EML file alongside its attachments.
We originally developed it for our own team. After seeing how useful it was in our daily work, we decided to make it available to everyone for free.
Email Save works directly within your Microsoft 365 tenant. Your emails and files are transferred straight between Outlook and SharePoint/OneDrive - we do not store, read, or route your data through any external servers.
Email Save is completely free for everyone. It is not a limited trial and there is currently no paid version.
