It’s an interesting concept! Since privacy is a key topic of discussion these days, how do you keep users’ data secure?

@alexsmacd Most users download and install Email Parser to parse the emails they receive. Email Parser holds the emails in their own computer, like Outlook does.

This product was excellent for years. And then Google changed their requirements, and this product stopped working. I tried using their built-in email address, but I can't get the emails to show up after they're forwarded. Maybe there's a workaround, but the emailparser.com support team stopped responding to emails. Didn't stop collecting the membership fee, though.

@jude26joy Hi Melissa. Sorry to hear that. Yes, Google changed its policy and now it is very difficult for us app developers to meet the requirements to use their Gmail API. Regarding the unreplied support email, please try sending the email from a different email address or book a Zoom call in the support page
Awesome product, exactly what I've been looking for. The founders have been extremely helpful in getting us started as well. Congrats guys!

isn't that exactly what Zapier Email Parser does? for free?

@adigold1 yes, it is the same but with Email Parser you can parse any kind of data, from the email or the attachments. It is also a bit more complex to set up.
