Over the last few months I’ve been speaking with ecommerce sellers and manufacturers.
One thing I noticed repeatedly is that launching a store is no longer the hardest part.
The real challenge starts after launch:
managing product uploads
creating creatives
running marketing
coordinating freelancers
keeping execution consistent
Many sellers are left handling everything themselves.
