I built Ella while juggling life’s chaos (and yep, even got involved in the infamous and traumatic Gen Z protests in Kenya, one of the reasons I got started on the app.). It’s fast, secure, and built with a privacy-first mindset (no data snooping here—promise!). Plus, it's cool features like mood-based prompts, a sleek chat interface, and even a calendar that shows your mood trends, make journaling feel like a friendly conversation.
