Elevate is a free plugin for WordPress that helps make search engine and performance optimization accessible for people who don't know a great deal about either. It automatically configures many services on the web during install such as Google search console and analytics, and provides daily visual feedback on your site's traffic and performance.

Hey everyone - after years of building client websites and working with other SEO plugins, I came to the realization that there was still a lot of room for improvement in the area of WordPress and optimizations for search and performance. Often I would see a client website with one of the popular WordPress SEO plugins installed, but it was usually misconfigured - sitemaps that were generated but not submitted, missing tags on most posts, no social media images, etc. I decided to write Elevate to try and address most of those issues - to make search and performance optimization more accessible for small business owners and people like my parents. That's why during the install I tried to address and automatically take care of most of the issues I normally encounter on client websites. I'm pretty excited to finally release this into the wild, and hope people will test it out and give it a try. I'm going to be taking more into the realm of performance going forward, as the speed of a website is now a key ranking indicator for search engines like Google, and there's are interesting things you can do when you control both aspects (search and performance) from within the same plugin. Thanks for checking it out - cheers.
