Electroute plans EV road trips around your battery: it models real range across the whole route (elevation, speed, weather) and inserts the fewest, best charging stops for your car. Then it navigates you there fully offline, with CarPlay. No account, no tracking, and no subscription. Pro is a one-time unlock, and the app is free to download.

Really like that this works offline and respects privacy, those two things alone would make me try it over ABRP. One thing that would seal the deal for me is letting me set a personal minimum arrival SoC at each stop and the destination, so the planner never suggests a charger I have to sprint to in a headwind. That kind of safety buffer matters on long mountain drives.
Love the offline-first approach and no subscription angle, that alone sets it apart. One thing I'd love to see is a manual override for arriving at a charger with a configurable buffer (say 5-15%), since chargers occasionally fail or have lines and arriving on 0% feels risky in winter.
Would love to see the option to manually drag charging stops along the route, since sometimes I know a charger near a restaurant I want to stop at even if the algorithm picks a faster one.
The offline CarPlay routing is a huge win for long drives through dead zones. One thing that would really help me: let me set a minimum arrival buffer at each charger, like always pull in with at least 15 percent left, so a missed exit or slow charger doesn't strand me.
Finally an EV trip planner that doesn't treat my car like it gets the same range at 70mph uphill in winter as it does on a flat summer drive. Offline CarPlay is a huge plus for spotty coverage in the middle of nowhere.
love that it runs fully offline with CarPlay, honestly that combo is rare for an EV trip planner and the no-tracking stance shows you actually thought through the privacy side
