Ekho

Working at a large healthcare tech company with a 20+ year old Perl + Oracle code base, we saw some very complicated pieces of logic that embedded decades of knowledge of managing claims with certain payers. We had to be incredibly careful to make sure we could create accurate logic in replatforming to a microservice, so we created a one-off set of features that worked basically the way Ekho does. We could have saved a lot of time by creating a scalable, reusable service instead.
