EduConnect is the AI-powered coaching management platform that combines institute management with AI-powered learning - attendance, fees, timetable, analytics and an AI doubt solver with OCR, all in one place.

The OCR doubt solver actually works well on handwritten math, which caught me off guard. Having attendance and fees in the same place as the AI tool saves a lot of tab switching for tutors juggling multiple batches.
@yeterkeyq Thank you so much! 😊 That means a lot to us.
We spent a lot of time improving the OCR experience because handwritten questions are so common in coaching institutes. Our goal with EduConnect is to bring institute management and AI-powered learning together, so tutors don't have to switch between multiple tools and students get help instantly.
We're still in the early stages, so feedback like yours is incredibly valuable and helps us improve with every update. Thanks again for taking the time to try it out! 🚀
How does the AI doubt solver actually handle handwriting that isnt super neat, and does it work offline for students with spotty internet?
@hediye7ryp Thanks for the question!
Our OCR is designed to handle handwritten questions and performs best when the writing is reasonably clear and the image quality is good. Even if handwriting isn't perfectly neat, it can often recognize the content, but very messy handwriting, poor lighting, or blurry images can still reduce accuracy. We're continuously improving the OCR based on real-world usage and feedback.
Regarding offline support, EduConnect currently requires an internet connection because both the OCR processing and AI doubt solving run in the cloud. Offline support isn't available yet, but it's something we're exploring for future versions to make the experience better for students with unreliable internet.
If you have specific handwritten samples or offline use cases in mind, we'd love to hear about them they're incredibly valuable for improving the product.
How well does the AI doubt solver handle subjects like advanced calculus or organic chemistry where the steps really matter, and is the OCR reliable on handwritten notes from students?
@taneru39095 Great question, and thanks for asking!
Our goal is to provide clear, step-by-step explanations rather than just final answers. For subjects like advanced calculus and organic chemistry, the AI performs best when the question is clear and readable. The OCR is designed to recognize handwritten questions, and in our testing it works well with neat handwriting, though challenging handwriting or low-quality images can still affect accuracy.
We're continuously improving both the OCR pipeline and the AI responses based on real user feedback. If you have specific examples or edge cases, we'd love to test them and keep making EduConnect better. 😊
