How did Astra change the scope or ambition of what you built?

Astra is the first model that truly felt capable to really editing video. With computer use and codex it really could just nail driving Final Cut for extremely complex tasks like colour grading. So I thought what else could it do? What happens when you give it waveform data direct or complete native access to tools. While it can use computer what if I could more efficiently give it the data it needs to edit video in a more collaborative and creative way. . The bulk of this project was done with Astra, with computer use and being able to manage large complex tasks I could have it make in 2 weeks what would take a small team a few months only a year ago. Because I am making a tool for Astra it was able to end 2 end test large parts of the application. As you could imagine making a Mac native NLE with similar quality to a Final Cut even in a half-feature is massive. Astra was the first model to just keep working flawless for hours at a time with full implementation without me.
