Editly is an open source tool for creating video clips using super simple, declarative Non-Linear Video Editing specs written in JSON or Javascript. This is so cool, and amazing that it's open source. Would probably also be worth releasing a (paid) hosted version so people can take advantage of it easier without needing to host themselves.
