Ecomz is a white-label, multi-tenant e-commerce builder platform that lets you launch and sell your own Shopify/Wix-style SaaS store builder in your market. Merchants can create branded websites with drag-and-drop options, custom domains, and automated Android/iOS apps for their shops. Each shop gets isolated data, dashboards, products, orders, inventory, invoices, business tools, and a dedicated AI sales and support agent trained automatically on its store data, while you control subscriptions.







































The multi-tenant setup feels solid, especially how each shop gets its own isolated dashboard and even a branded mobile app without extra work. The no-code builder is genuinely easy to pick up, though I wish the AI support agent could be trained on a shop's own FAQs.
@atakandinc76916 Thanks for the feedback! Good news- the AI support agent can already be trained automatically on each shop’s own FAQs, policies, products, business details, knowledge-base notes, documents, and PDFs.
When the AI employee is enabled for the first time, the initial sync and training may take up to five minutes. After that, future updates are synced automatically.
The AI is fully isolated & dedicated to each shop. It can search live products, recommend items, answer support questions using current shop data, securely handle verified order queries, and hand conversations over to the merchant team whenever human assistance is needed.
We have used RAG, similar searches, and Vector DB to get the customer queries fast.
The Agent can answer any questions and help customers to choose a product.
honestly this looks super solid but one thing i'd love to see is a built-in abandoned cart recovery workflow with customizable email/SMS triggers per tenant, basically so shop owners can set their own timing windows and discount rules without needing extra plugins. would honestly save a ton of time

The platform already supports shop-specific email configuration. Each merchant can connect their own Resend Email API, use their own branded shop email, and automatically send order confirmations, status updates, notifications, and signup OTPs for their shop.
Because the email infrastructure is already isolated per shop, we can extend it with abandoned cart recovery so merchants can configure their own timing windows, discount rules, and automated abandoned cart recovery emails.
Really appreciate the suggestion — this would save merchants a lot of time and fits well with the platform.
