Hey everyone! In 2024 I burned out as a software engineer at a startup and I quit and became a personal trainer. Once I started training clients (and myself), I got frustrated with every workout tracker out there. They all wanted to sell me a program or overwhelm me with features I didn't need. I just wanted something simple to log my lifts fast, see what I did last time, and know whether I should go heavier. So I built Echo Trainer. It's a stripped-down workout tracker for people who already know how to train. You log your sets in seconds, and it gives you smart weight suggestions based on your history so you're always progressively overloading. No programs. No social feeds. No fluff.
