I’ve been tracking HRV with Oura and Apple Watch for a couple of years, but I always felt like I was guessing what was actually making an impact. So I built Echo — a simple journal that helps connect your daily habits (sauna, sleep, alcohol, cold plunge, etc.) with real changes in your HRV and other metrics. You just log what you did that day, and Echo tracks the trends for you — no spreadsheets or guesswork. It’s in private beta now, and I’d love feedback from other wearable nerds or biohackers.
