Over the past month, I’ve been optimizing EC-CHECKER to be faster and more rigorous. But I realized that for many busy store owners, even opening a browser and waiting 10 seconds is a barrier.
To solve this, I’ve launched EC-CHECKER mini—a specialized audit tool integrated into a chat interface (LINE, a major messaging app in Asia).
Why a Chat Interface? I wanted to turn website auditing into a low-friction, conversational experience. By using a chat bot, merchants can trigger a professional scan as easily as sending a text message. It’s designed as a "first-step" marketing tool to help owners quickly identify where they stand without any complex setup.
Focused Visual Analysis This version isn't just a simplified scan; it uses a dedicated logic to detect "silent friction" that kills conversions:
Structural Consistency: Checking if heading tags (H1-H3) are logically organized.
Visual Integrity: Detecting stretched images or inconsistent button styles that subconsciously lower user trust.
Layout Discipline: Ensuring text alignment and spacing follow professional standards.
The Strategy My goal for "mini" is to raise awareness. It serves as a lightweight entry point to help people discover the hidden issues in their stores. Once they see the "Worst 2" critical issues via chat, they can then move to the full EC-CHECKER for a deep-dive technical audit.

EC-CHECKER: Working on Improving Analysis Speed
"Hello Product Hunt community. I am the developer of EC-CHECKER.
While my tool could provide detailed technical analysis, I was concerned about its slow processing speed. I received feedback from users saying it takes too long to load, and I realized that usability is just as important as the data itself.
Over the past few days, I worked hard to shorten the analysis time. It was a process of trial and error—implementing a fix, finding a new error, and debugging repeatedly. I focused on optimizing network configurations like cURL and server settings to make the tool more efficient.
Key Improvements:
HTTP/2 Support: For more efficient data transfer.
TCP & DNS Optimization: Forcing IPv4 and enabling TCP_NODELAY to reduce latency.
Expect Header Removal: Eliminating unnecessary communication overhead.
Buffer Size Adjustment: Optimized for handling larger HTML data.
The Result
The analysis time, which used to take over 60 seconds, has been reduced to approximately 30 seconds.
