EazyQ is an AI receptionist for local businesses in India. It books appointments, manages your queue and walk-ins, and updates customers on WhatsApp 24/7.
Setup was genuinely quick, under ten minutes and the WhatsApp confirmations were already going out by the time I tested a fake booking. Wish the queue view had a bit more detail on wait times but overall pretty smooth.
A small thing that would help me as a user: please add a simple voice option for customers who don't want to type in WhatsApp, especially older folks calling about appointments. Right now it feels like a typing only flow.
One thing that would make this really useful for my clinic is adding a simple dashboard view that shows no-show rates and peak booking hours so I can adjust staffing without digging through reports. Right now I just need quick visuals.
A feature that would really help is letting the AI handle reschedules directly on WhatsApp without needing staff to jump in, since people in India often change plans last minute. Also a quick way for the business to set custom working hours for holidays would save a lot of confusion.
love how it hooks into WhatsApp directly, that's basically the channel every small shop in india already lives on. smart move picking the tool people already use instead of forcing them onto a new app.
