Okay, now this looks interesting. The AI chat feature for analytics is great. A few questions - - Can multiple team members use it simultaneously? - What happens if the AI misinterprets data? - Are there limits on how much data it can process? Anyway, good luck with your launch!

@davidcarter Yes, multiple team members can use it simultaneously but for the BETA version we only support 1 member. After official release you upgrade to multiple team members. We try to minimalize the misinterpretation of data by applying our own algorithms. Currently, the misinterpretation is already low but we are still improving it. If it misinterprets data, you can try retry and report it as misinterpretation. About the limits, we do have a limit on how much tokens a question can costs. But this limit can be increased if the customer wants to upgrade.

Congrats! How does it pull the data, though? I doubt that those platforms are just easily offering the data. Are you using the APIs to pull the data? If so, then is the answer taking a lot of time?

@dan_lupascu Hi Dan, thank you for your interest. We pull the data from the official API’s. The speed of receiving an answer depends on the question and the context but usually it doesn’t take more than a few seconds.
