EasyHaus is the back office and white-label investor portal for fractional real estate. Launch offerings, take subscriptions and keep a cap table that a ledger writes, so it can never drift from the money. Distributions split to the cent with CSV or SEPA export, KYC built in, your brand and domain on the portal, in 11 languages. $49 per manager and $29 per active investor. No cut of your raise. 14-day trial, no card.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Julian, the maker of EasyHaus.
What inspired it. Fractional real estate is booming. Sponsors, boutique firms, family-office advisers and developers are selling co-ownership of buildings to groups of 10, 50 or 300 investors. But look behind almost any of these raises and you'll find the same stack: a spreadsheet of commitments, a shared folder of passports, a WhatsApp group and an Excel formula for the quarterly payout that's off by a cent.
It works for the first property. By the fifth, nobody is sure the cap table matches the money that actually arrived, KYC files have expired, and every distribution takes a weekend.
The problem I set out to solve. The tools that do exist were built for large US funds: priced for big AUM, sold through demos and annual contracts, English-only. The manager running three buildings in Dubai, Istanbul, Lisbon or Tbilisi has nothing made for them.
How the approach evolved. I started out thinking "investor CRM with a portal." Writing the spec changed my mind. The hard part isn't the CRM. It's trust in the numbers. So
EasyHaus is built around a ledger:
Fractions are issued only when an order settles. The cap table is written by the ledger, never typed.
Corrections are adjustment entries with a reason, never silent edits. Every change goes into an audit trail nobody can delete.
Fractions are reserved under a lock, so an offering can't be oversold, even with 100 investors hitting "subscribe" at the same moment (we test exactly that).
Distributions use largest-remainder rounding: $10,000 across three equal holders is $3,333.34 + $3,333.33 + $3,333.33. Always to the cent.
The second big decision: EasyHaus never touches investor money. Investors pay the manager directly by wire, escrow or notary, and EasyHaus records it. No licensing friction, no custody risk, and it works in any country from day one.
The third: the portal is yours, not ours. Your logo, colours, domain, emails and PDFs. Investors see your brand, in Arabic, Azerbaijani, Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or Turkish.
What you get today: properties with valuations and media, investor CRM with KYC checklists for individuals and entities, a document vault with versions and acknowledgements, offerings with caps, minimums and group visibility, first-come, pro-rata or manual allocation, distributions with notice PDFs and SEPA XML bank batches, quarterly statements, announcements, roles, 2FA and passkeys.
Pricing is deliberately boring: $49 per team member and $29 per active investor per month. Leads and prospects are free. No setup fee and no percentage of what you raise.
There's a 14-day trial with every feature, no card needed. I'd love your feedback, especially if you've ever reconciled a cap table at 2 a.m. What's the one thing your current setup gets wrong? 🙏
