Hey everyone! 👋 We’ve made some solid progress and wanted to share a quick update:

✅ Improved Audit Logic

We’ve rolled out enhancements to our first 3 audit types:

• Online Presence

• Brand Identity

• Customer Experience

These now return more accurate results, better UX tips, and deeper strategic suggestions. We’re actively working on improving the next 3 audits as well.

🧠 Smarter Report Analysis (In Progress)

We’re building a logic layer to help users better understand their audit scores, so instead of just “what’s wrong,” you’ll also get the why and how to fix it inside the report.

💳 Payment System (Temporarily Disabled)

Heads up — payments are currently offline. We’re working on a more flexible system, so subscriptions and purchases are temporarily unavailable.

🚀 Big Update: EasyAudit Just Got Smarter

We’ve just rolled out a major update to our SaaS platform, updated all 6 audit types, and it’s a game-changer for marketers, founders, and business owners who want clear, actionable insights, not just numbers.

✅ AI-Powered Reports:

Each audit report now includes personalized, detailed recommendations based on your answers, not generic advice.

✅ Smarter Analysis by Category:

See what’s working and what’s not across key areas like Ads, Brand, Customer Experience, and Online Presence — all color-coded for urgency.

✅ Checklist of Fixes:

We’ve added actionable next steps you can follow to improve your score and performance instantly.

✅ Enhanced Visuals:

Improved layout, progress bars, urgency tags (🟢🟡🔴), and better PDF downloads.

✅ Pre-Report Animation:

After you complete an audit, enjoy a short, branded animation before diving into your full report.

This update brings EasyAudit closer to our vision:

EasyAudit Update – What’s New This Week

In the last 2 days, we’ve been working hard to refine EasyAudit and make your experience smoother. Here’s what’s improved:

🔹 Audit Reports – Reports are becoming smarter. Instead of just scores, you’ll now start seeing more detailed, consultant-style recommendations to help you take action.

🔹 Navigation & Usability – We fixed duplicate menu issues, improved dashboard redirects (users & admins now land directly in their dashboards, not the homepage), and refined the “My Audits” page (now shows only audits + create button).

🔹 Notifications – The notification system has been introduced for both users and admins. Replies to tickets and other alerts will now appear in your account with a notification count. Clicking takes you directly to the source.

🔹 Theme Improvements – Dark mode readability issues are being fixed so text is always visible regardless of background.

🔹 Subscriptions & Access – Subscription logic is being refined:

Free trial = access to Self-Audit plan only

Plans now clearly show what’s available and what’s locked until upgrade

Upgrade/downgrade management is coming directly in your profile

🔹 Upcoming – Next, we’re improving report downloads (more complete PDF reports), refining audit recommendations across all audit types, and polishing the support chat experience so it’s consistent for both users and admins.
