Hi Product Hunt, I’m the solo developer behind EasyAImail.
I’ve spent years building software, but important emails can still take surprisingly long. I’ve spent years building software, but important emails can still take surprisingly long. Often, I already know who I’m writing to and why. The difficult part is finding the right opening, tone and structure, then making the email look polished. It’s finding the right opening, tone and structure, then making the email look presentable.
So I built EasyAImail.
You describe who you’re writing to and why. The app suggests templates, you choose one, and it asks for any missing details. It then creates a complete HTML email. If something feels too formal, too long or not quite right, you can change it through the same conversation. Nothing is sent until you review it and decide to send.
It’s built for person-to-person messages rather than newsletters or bulk campaigns: emails to clients, colleagues, professors, friends and anyone else where wording and presentation matter.
EasyAImail is available in English, Simplified Chinese and Spanish, with a separate template library for each language.
