Matching college roommates, forming project teams, pairing mentors, or grouping event attendees? EasyPairing's AI creates optimal matches in seconds. How it works: - Create custom surveys (preferences, skills, compatibility factors) - Share with participants (no accounts needed) - AI generates compatible groupings based on your criteria - Compare scenarios & export results Used by universities, K-12 schools & organizations to form groups that work well together & save you hours of manual work.

@darlo_ogzĀ Can I customize the questions and matching rules?
@labai_limitedĀ Yes, you can either use the inbuilt questions or create your own customized questions. Matching rules are also customizable to suit your specific scenarios.
@darlo_ogzĀ Currently, I mentor a group of tweens. If we were ever to take a trip out of town for an exercise, would Easypairing be able to completely allocate rooms to my girls, notify their parents and get them signed up if I were to provide their names?
@darlo_ogzĀ The classic one is when one person instantly becomes the āidea guyā and then disappeared forever once it gets to execution. I have witnessed this numerous times in my career. Looking forward to seeing how this helps mitigate this issue.
This seems to be very helpful in negating future conflicts, are the use cases customizable? How do you send participants questionnaires?
@alan_lanaĀ Yes, one of the benefits of using EasyPairing is to negate future conflicts when people are working or living together. The use cases are customizable to suit your needs and the application automatically sends the questionnaires to the participants as soon as the project is started. Participants can answer and submit their responses until the end time set by the project owner.
What makes Easy Pairing different from other matching apps?
@greenfieldĀ Unlike other matching apps, EasyPairing allows users to create their own custom questions or scenarios and its uses AI to determine the most optimal grouping unlike other products which assigned pre-defined weights to questions. Using AI, EasyPairing is able to provide better matches.
How is this better than Google Forms + Excel?
@adeola_ibrahimĀ Google Forms collects data. You still do the matching manually.
EasyPairing collects data AND does the intelligent matching for you.
It's the difference between having a list of ingredients and having a chef who knows which combinations work.
40 hours ā 10 seconds. Better matches. Fewer conflicts. EasyPairing does the matching at scale.
That's the difference.
@How do you handle privacy and data?
@labai_limitedĀ All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We respect the privacy of our users and your data is very secure with us.
@labai_limitedĀ Your data is secured and encrypted at rest. Every data transfer is secured and we maintain a high level of strict access across our systems.
I have seen how poorly matched working pairs in clinical and administrative settings can slow decision-making and create unnecessary friction, even among highly competent people. Pairing based on availability rather than compatibility is inefficient. A system that defines relevant variables and optimizes matching around them is a genuinely smart solution. Congratulations on the launch.
@kelechi_ogzĀ Thank you. Yes, it does make a lot of difference when you are trying to group people based on their preferences at scale.
Very interesting solution. Out of curiosity, how do you approach data security and privacy for user inputs, especially when sensitive criteria are involved? Congrats on the launch.
@mary_ojehanonĀ Great question!
Data security is critical, especially in education.
Our approach:
All data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
Hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Railway/AWS)
Participants only share what's needed for matching (no SSN, financial info)
Surveys are customizable - admins control what's asked
Data is organization-specific (no cross-institution sharing)
Most sensitive data (names, emails) is only visible to the admin running the matching - the algorithm just sees compatibility factors.
Happy to discuss our security practices in more detail. DM if you'd like specifics!
Thanks for the question š
