Hi Makers 👋, My name is Eliraz, the developer of (Easy)Gird, i am exited to finally share this project which I have been working on for a while with the Product Hunt community. ❓ Why Did I Make (Easy)Grid? — I’ve designed and worked on a couple of projects and I found that something that was way too time consuming was aligning items or having to whip out the calculator to create something like 3 equal boxes with 5pt spacing, or a box that is two times larger than the one before it. With (Easy)Grid I have designed that process to be much faster, you can enter the columns, rows, and spacing you want, either in points or by entering their proportions, and with a click of a button the plugin will import the layout directly into Figma over the layer you have selected as the layouts boundaries. The plugin is very simple and is intended to stay as such so that new users could quickly pick it up. This however does not mean that it is lacking in features.
