For a specific feature - it's hard to choose just one, as I believe all of them are pretty amazing and can lead to incredible results if used right. I would say the Vote is definitely one of our favorites as it give power to your community, lets them make a choice and create a real impact. I'm Nim, one of the seven people behind Dynamo. Over the past two years, we've spoken with hundreds of social community managers and team leaders, and we've gained two main insights:

There's such a thing as too much coffee.
