Hey hunters! 👋 We're the team behind Dwelltrack, a property management app we built after getting frustrated managing our own rental units with spreadsheets. Between the few of us, we were managing a handful of units, and the workflow was always the same bottleneck: rent comes in via e-transfer, then someone manually cross-checks it against a spreadsheet to figure out who paid and who didn't. It doesn't scale, and it's exactly the kind of repetitive, error-prone process software should be handling. So we built Dwelltrack to solve that first: it automatically detects and reconciles incoming e-transfers against expected rent, so you get a live, accurate view of who's paid without manual entry. We treated that as the core problem worth solving well rather than bolting on yet another generic dashboard. We're still early and actively building out the platform, but we wanted to get it in front of other landlords and property managers dealing with the same pain.
