What's great

I've used Dux-Soup for a while now, and just moved across to the new STACKED. I use it for clients, and for myself and it's brilliant - so easy to use. I have the cloud version, which means I can enroll contacts into campaigns, then close everything down and let STACKED continue to run its automation.
Creating campaigns is really easy, the interface is really nice. Well done Dux-Soup.

What needs improvement

Not sure I can think of anything right now.

Safety and development are standout - they're up to date with limits and have more measures to keep accounts safe (the snooze feature is brilliant). It's ahead in the AI stakes - just tick a box in your campaign and it will individually personalze every message. That's a game changer! How relevant is the messaging?

What's great

I've been using Dux-Soup since 2023 across several client profiles and it's been the most reliable part of our outreach stack. Setup is straightforward, the campaigns run without babysitting, and it stops the moment someone replies so nothing feels automated to the person on the other end.

Just switched to STACKED. The campaign builder is a big step up and the data is much clearer. Didn't think there was much room to improve on what I already had, but the team clearly did. I also love the AI options and the MCP server since I use Claude daily it's been great to have them connected and build campaigns or get reporting straight from Claude.

Pricing has stayed consistent the whole time I've been a customer
They keep adding features without putting the price up
They actually listen to feedback and build what users ask for, I've seen requests turn into features like the AI integrations
And on safety, I'd put them top of the list. That's the part that matters most when your account is your livelihood
