DUI is an open-source library of React components, UI blocks, and AI agent skills designed to help developers build modern products faster. Built with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and TypeScript, it provides production-ready building blocks for landing pages, dashboards, and AI applications. Starting with the essentials in v0.0.1, DUI will continue to grow with more components, Skills Studio, agent integrations, and developer tools.
Love that DUI starts with the essentials and plans to grow from there. One thing that would really help me as a developer is a live playground or sandbox where I can preview components, tweak props, and copy the resulting code without setting up a local project. It would make trying things out way faster and lower the barrier for new users checking out the library.
The Tailwind + shadcn combo with TypeScript types out of the box is exactly what I needed for a quick dashboard prototype. Dropped a few blocks in and they just worked, no fiddling with class merges or prop drilling. Solid v0.0.1 to build on.
The TypeScript-first approach with shadcn/ui under the hood is exactly the stack I reach for, and having AI agent skills bundled in makes it feel ahead of most React libraries right now.
