Turn Net 30, EOM+15 and 2/10 Net 30 into exact due dates and discount deadlines, skipping weekends and holidays. Holiday API for 247 countries and a late-fee calculator included. Free web calculator plus a JSON API.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Michael, maker of DueDate.
Accounts payable and receivable teams lose money on small date mistakes: a 2/10 discount missed by a day, a Net 30 due date that falls on Thanksgiving, or a "10 business days" deadline counted in a spreadsheet that doesn't know about bank holidays.
DueDate does one thing carefully:
- Parses common payment terms (Net N, Net N BD, EOM, EOM+N, X/Y Net N, X/Y EOM)
- Returns the due date and discount date, and with `explain` lists the weekends and holidays it skipped
- Adds, subtracts and counts business days, with regions and your own company holidays
- Lets you choose the roll rule (next business day, modified following, and others)
New for launch:
- Holiday API (duedateapi.com/holidays): public holidays for 247 countries, 2024–2030, plus "is this a business day?" and "next business day" lookups. Same key, same quota, Free plan included.
- Late-fee & interest calculator: free in the browser; the API comes with paid plans. Arithmetic only, not legal advice.
- An account page with a usage meter and one-click key rotation.
The web calculator is free with no signup. Developers can get a free API key and use the JSON API or the CSV batch endpoint.
Holiday data comes from open-source datasets, so please tell me if your country or state comes out wrong. I'd love feedback on terms you see that it doesn't handle yet.
