Some context: I'm not a "startup founder" - I'm just a developer who wanted something better for tracking sobriety. Built this in a day using vanilla JS (no frameworks!) as a single HTML file. It's literally just a few lines of clean code.
Why free? Because when I was quitting smoking, 5 year ago, a tracker app really helped me stick to my goals. I didn't need another subscription. I needed a tool that just worked, no ads, no subscriptions. Now I want to quit drinking so I built the app I wished I had at that time.
Technical nerds: It's a PWA with localStorage, works completely offline, zero tracking/analytics. Add it to your home screen and it feels native.
