I built Dropmatch to solve a frustration I kept running into:
Most job platforms either make you search endlessly, or match you based on surface-level stuff like salary and job title. I wanted something smarter, faster, and more human.
Dropmatch is an AI-powered job matching tool focused on real culture fit.
- Instantly matches job seekers and companies based on values and personality, not just keywords
- No need to check job boards every day—Dropmatch emails you as soon as a great match is found
- Both job seekers and employers can be passive: just set your profile, and let the AI do the rest
