Share files, collect documents, and keep client communication in one place. Droplana gives businesses a simple client portal for delivering work without email chaos. No signup required for clients. EU-hosted. **The easiest way for service businesses to deliver work to clients.**

I constantly need to send and receive files to/from people, and email just doesn’t work well for it. Things like hand signed documents, invoices, contracts, photos - they get buried in threads and there is no real visibility or structure.
Droplana fixes this by giving you a simple client portal where files are shared, received, and tracked in one place. No more lost attachments, no guessing if something was delivered or seen.
This is exactly the kind of simple workflow I wanted for a long time.
Love how simple this looks, especially for clients who don't want yet another account. One thing that would be a game changer for my workflow: built-in e-signatures on delivered documents, so I can send a contract or approval form and have it signed right inside the portal instead of bouncing back to email or another tool.
Hi @abdulsametykzn ,
Thank you for that comment! We will add that in the future releases for sure.
Sadly, I have to mention that today, at least in the EU, hand signed document still rules. And we have so simple and killer feature for that - just open the web page on the phone, click Take a photo and bam, the document is on the portal.

Love the no-signup-for-clients idea, that's a huge win for adoption. One thing I'd love to see is a simple status tracker per file or request, so clients can see at a glance whether something is in review, delivered, or needs their input. Would cut down on the "just checking in" emails even more.
Hi@berralg7vne
Thank you for that comment!
Actually that is visible on the the every file. And filterable. We banged our heads about this for a long time and decided that Portal owner can set any status. While Client can Approve / Reject or ask for the review. And they can both comment on the file (feature that cloud drives, email and messaging apps can not match.)
Check the statuses right of the filename on the screenshot.

And I forgot to mention - Secure and EU hosted. Every file is AES256 encrypted with per client key. So no cross reading is possible. All infrastructure is in EU and DPA is available. Which actually puts Droplana as one of the first choices for most EU businesses that need to share GDPR protected data!
