Droova is the all-in-one workspace for service teams. CRM, project management, client portals, and AI templates all in one place. Convert leads to projects instantly. Give clients a branded portal. Replace HubSpot, Asana, and Notion with a single tab. Built for agencies, consultancies, and freelancers who want less chaos and more billable hours. No integrations, no Zapier, no duct tape. AI scaffolds full projects in seconds phases, tasks, assignees ready to go.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Jacob, founder of Droova - based in Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾.
This product comes from two sides of the same problem. As an employee at
previous agencies, I lived the chaos - HubSpot for the pipeline, Asana for
projects, Notion as a "client portal," Drive for files, Slack for everything
else. Then in conversations with dozens of agency and consultancy owners,
the same story kept surfacing: 5-7 tools, none talking to each other,
clients chasing updates.
Droova is the workspace I wish I'd had:
→ Lead → project in one click. CRM and project board are the same database.
→ AI scaffolds full projects from one sentence ("Shopify store for a yoga
studio" → 14 tasks with deadlines and assignees).
→ AI scans your projects every Monday and flags what's slipping - before
clients ask.
→ Time tracking with estimates - know which projects are eating margin
before invoicing.
→ White-label client portals - your branding, your domain, clients see only
what's relevant.
Why not Notion or ClickUp? Those are general tools you adapt. Droova was
built from day one around how service teams actually work.
On pricing - no tiered plans. A 3-person consultancy and a 30-person agency
have different needs, so I tailor it to each team. Same philosophy as the
product.
Already on Asana/Jira/ClickUp/Trello? Import in 2 minutes.
🎁 20% off year 1 for everyone who signs up from this PH launch.
I'd love feedback on the lead-to-project flow - and what ONE feature would
make you switch. Ask me anything! 🙏
