RideBoard started from a simple frustration — rideshare drivers work incredibly hard but operate blind. Uber's algorithm knows exactly when and where demand will spike, but drivers get almost none of that intelligence. I wanted to flip that. RideBoard pulls together real-time events, weather, flights, and traffic data and runs it through an adaptive AI prediction engine — so drivers can make smarter decisions about when to go online and where to position themselves before a surge happens. The deeper I got into how Uber's matching and pricing algorithms actually work (spoiler: they're designed to maximise Uber's cut, not yours), the more I felt drivers deserved a tool that works for them.
