Why we built this:
We noticed that online fashion shopping is still pretty passive - you scroll, you buy, you hope it looks good. We wanted to make it interactive and fun. Think of it as turning shopping from a transaction into an experience where you can explore your style, get feedback, and discover looks you'd never think to search for.
What makes DripCheck unique:
Most fashion apps either focus on shopping or styling - but not both in an interactive way. With DripCheck you can:
- Upload your outfit pics and get scored on your style (yes, it's addictive!)
- Generate custom looks based on your preferences - not just generic recommendations
- Shop any look instantly - snap a pic of any outfit you see and we'll find every piece for you
- Everything is FREE - we believe great style shouldn't be behind a paywall
Unlike traditional styling services ($100+/session) or basic recommendation engines, we've made the whole experience engaging and accessible to everyone.
What I'm most proud of:
Honestly? The community feedback. We've had users spend hours experimenting with different styles, sharing their scores with friends, and discovering fashion pieces they never knew existed. One user told us they finally felt confident trying new styles after seeing their score improve - that's what it's all about.
