One thing I'd love to see is a customizable focus mode that lets employees block out non-work apps during tracked hours, so the productivity scores actually reflect deep work rather than just mouse movement. Would make the data way more meaningful for everyone involved.

The dashboard is clean and it only took a few minutes to see who was active vs. idle without feeling creepy. Activity tracking matched my own Pomodoro sessions pretty accurately.
