After seeing, and trying, the Dubs (a previous Hunt) I was on the search for a good pair of acoustic filters since the Dubs didn't fit well for me (I even tried replacing the inserts with a foam replacement). I've now settled on Downbeats. The rubber enclosure is super soft and comfortable. The buds don't look as stylish as Dubs but they are so tiny (warning: some people complain about them being hard to remove because they are so small - I haven't had that problem... yet) that I don't think anyone would really notice you wearing them in the first place.

@sanjay Awesome insights. Was wondering how this compared to Dubs.
@sanjay Thanks for putting us on here! To be honest I had not heard of Product Hunt before but it seems like a great site for cool new stuff. I think you hit all the main points for our differentiation, but we go with a lower profile because we've heard feedback that most people don't want to advertise that they wear ear plugs. We have heard the feedback on the small size from users with a different preference or need on fit though, and just introduced a Long Stem version that we think solves that issue while still delivering the same sound and portability of our Original DownBeats. And just like the Originals, only $9.99 on our website. If anyone has questions or other feedback though I'm happy to help. Again, thanks so much!

@derinalemli wait $9.99 on your site?! I paid $13 on Amazon. Will fix that for future orders. :-)
@sanjay Amazon, while a great marketplace, charges a whole lot of fees to get products Prime Eligible. Our Prime eligible product is $13.95 there, and we actually earn a higher net from customers paying $9.99 on our website.
