Actually I am quite disappointed on the content that I paid for $10. You can only find very basic and limited information that everyone should have already know. You can find better answers even from Quora. Nothing hands on and explained.
Reminded me once I bought a $499 insight report about the app distribution channels from VentureBeat, the whole thing basically just told you the best channel is Facebook Ads. Seriously?

@stevepyoung Sorry for the mean review here. I was expected to see something more deep hands-on and practical other than a brief list of "what you can do" that people can easily Googled. Some step-by-step real life case studies would be very useful.

I disagree that the information is basic. In fact I show step by step how I do things.
And I know for a fact that most app marketing people are not talking about some of the tools I highlight. I'm passionate about not writing about fluff.
Which strategy of the five would you like more step-by-step real life case studies?

@erictwillis Thanks for posting and would love to check this out. The website suggests one could pay as much as one could afford. When I click on the "get" button, it shows a pay wall where either one enters a CC or paypal. The pop-up seems to indicate its $10, period. I tried paypal, Gumroad asks for pre-authorization of future paypal purchases! Sorry, but all of this seems rather sketchy.
@rameshdot0@erictwillis I buy and sell with them with PayPal. Pre-auth makes it so next time you chose buy with PayPal you don't have to login. Not saying I love it, but it works well.
I've used some of @stevepyoung tips when launching my web projects, and they've worked out great for me.
Looking forward to using his strategies for my upcoming mobile apps too.

made me cringe, because description does influence the search rank, if you have specific brands etc in description you can potentially appear in the search queries for those etc, saw many companies doing that.

@arturkiulian I have to disagree with this statement. The apple app store does not take into account the description for sure!! I am 100% confident on saying this and can prove it. Do you have an example I can look at it? Because for me there is no way that this can happen even repeating a word 5 times within the description.
