What do you think? …

Margery Elliott
I have a question regarding how many people I can assign signing tasks to? I've had two people so far that had to sign a document, but is it actually unlimited? Thanks
Kenny Su
@margery_elliott our system can support 80+ people signing for one task currently!
Jack Garrison
@margery_elliott I actually assigned 5 different people before, so I know it goes up this far.
Philippa McCarthy
@margery_elliott @kenny_su 80+ people! That's quite a high number, but no mention of it being unlimited. Wonder if that's actually a thing.
Zoé Buchanan
@margery_elliott @kenny_su @philippa_mccarthy For a free version, you can request signatures from a maximum of 3 people; for a pro version, there is no limit!

I use the app on my iPhone 7, and really like the overall user-experience, it's actually enjoyable to use, so congrats on good UX. I kind of agree with what the other users have mentioned, though. Just the fact that the free version somewhat lacks in terms of features compared to the paid app, but that's why it's free, I guess.
Ethan Benson
@christopher_tucker2 Yeah, the UX is good overall. I do most of the work on my phone, so I like the simplicity and the ease of use. I also wish there were unlimited signers per document, not just two (on the free version)
Zoé Buchanan
@christopher_tucker2 @ethan_benson Definitely! The good UX and UI on mobile is one of our biggest advantage. Plus, you can assign the task to 3 signers per document for a free version :)

Sounds great and looking forward to trying it. I've been happyishly using @PandaDoc to do signatures, fill in PDF forms, etc. Is this a worthy substitute?
Kenny Su
@sree There is still something different, but definitely worth to give it a try!
Zoé Buchanan
@sree PandaDoc is good, but DottedSign will give you a surprise with a smooth signing experience for both your customers and you. You can have a free trial on our landing page before purchasing anything.
Peter Jennings
I wish there were templates! I like DottedSign, but not having templates kind of sucks.
Kenny Su
@peter_jennings1 Thanks Peter, we will support templates in the following updates.

Will the audit trail eventually have more information? Mine says "app" or "online" under device. Will it someday have actual devices like MAC address, IMEI, or some other unique token?
Rosalyn Sharp
@jared_young1 I'm having the same issue. Our team wants more device specificity on the auditing. Is there a token or transaction ID that we can use for reports?
Christopher Russell
I tried uploading a .jpg scan from desktop/online. It said only .PDF documents are supported. Is there image support coming soon?
Jeremy Park
@christopher_russell I like the avatar styling, but have you guys noticed that the top half of icons are all upset/grumpy looking? Why is this?
Zoé Buchanan
@christopher_russell Yes, it'll be supported in the near future.
Надежда Андреева
I really like this app! DottedSign is so simple to use)

@nadyrlix I can't say that I fully agree for some reason using the app on my Android phone (Google Pixel 3) has been a bit of a letdown, the UX is ok, but I wish it was a bit more user-friendly.
Ann Williamson
@nadyrlix @laura_walker I don't know, it's as user friendly as it can get in my opinion. I wish I could see more data, sometimes the cards are too big and don't display enough. But they are beautiful.
Anthony Anderson
@nadyrlix @laura_walker @ann_williamson Can't say I feel the same way, I actually found it quite the opposite, easy to use and pretty convenient too.
Zoé Buchanan
@nadyrlix @laura_walker @ann_williamson @anthony_anderson2 The design of visual progress bar on the doc card is to help users easily track the document progress. We're appreciated that it actually helped you :)
