Not another assistant. On its own, your ChatGPT Dot only knows your conversations. Dot Link adds what it can't reach, like your location and your Mac's notifications when you turn them on, and brings it all to Even G2 smart glasses. Same Dot, same memory. Just say "Hey Dot", no tapping needed. Read replies in the HUD or hear them, and let Dot speak up first. Your own Mac is the relay, so your location and notifications never pass through a server of mine.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Yusuke, a Japanese maker based in Bangkok, building Dot Link solo.
My ChatGPT Dot doesn't just answer. It notices context, speaks up when something matters, and stays quiet when nothing does. But it lived on my screens, so I had to pull out my phone every time, which is hard in the rain or somewhere loud. I wanted it out in the world with me, more like someone I live with than an app I open.
Dot Link puts your existing Dot on Even G2.
- Say "Hey Dot" (or a name you choose), hold to talk, or type on your iPhone
- Read replies in the HUD, or turn on read-aloud
- Get proactive messages, and with location on, ask it to point out spots you'd like when you're out (location sharing is optional, off by default)
It's the same Dot you use on your phone, with the same memory. Dot Link is just the bridge. Dot does the thinking, and Dot Link only adds what it can't reach on its own, like your glasses, your location and your Mac's notifications. You choose what to share, and you shape how Dot behaves just by talking to it.

How it works
- Your own Mac is the relay, via OpenAI tunnels and a custom MCP connection, with Tailscale to your phone
- No scraping, no browser automation, no conversation server run by me
- Security maintenance: Dot Link for Mac 0.4.11 + includes Node.js 22.23.4, with the fix for the October 2026 Brotli vulnerability (CVE-2026-111497).

- Apple Silicon Mac kept awake and online
- Tailscale
- ChatGPT Dot with tunnel and custom MCP access (currently ChatGPT Pro outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland, or Business Premium)
Dot Link can't grant that access.
