An offline resume and cover letter builder. Export a clean, unwatermarked PDF for free, forever. ATS-safe templates, 22 resume types, 9 regional formats, a score that explains itself. No account, nothing leaves your phone. Now in 5 languages.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Jaisal, the maker of Dossier.
I built it after watching friends finish a resume in a free app and then get asked to pay to download it, usually with a watermark across the page. That felt backwards. In Dossier, exporting a clean PDF is free on every free theme, forever. That's the whole point, not a trial.
A few things I care about:
• It works fully offline. No account, no server. Your passport number, photo and work history stay on your phone.
• Six templates are single-column plain text and marked ATS-safe. A parser view shows you the real text pulled from your exported PDF, the same text screening software reads.
• A nurse, an academic, an actor and an apprentice don't fill in the same form, so there are 22 resume types with their own sections and questions.
• Nine regional formats. A Gulf CV expects a photo and visa status; a US resume must not carry either.
• Cover letters that change their opening depending on who's reading.
• As of this week it also speaks Spanish, French, Portuguese and Indonesian, and each resume can be written in its own language.
Premium is one payment, no subscription, and only adds design extras.
I'd love honest feedback, especially from anyone who hires: what would make you trust a resume that came out of an app?
