Update April 25: Dorik team is still not replying. it's been 4 days and my website hasn't launched because of delays from them.
Update April 24: it's been over 3 days and my launch has been delayed. this has impacted my customers and my business. but the dorik team hasn't provided support. they have failed to explain why the product isn't working and the website isn't rendering. it was such a mistake to use dorik. very poor customer service experience.
had a terrible experience with both the product and customer support.
1. none of the graphics or text rendered on the live version of my website as expected. all the live version showed was plain text. the text wasn't even in it's proper position.
first they made up a reason which was very obscure and put their own product's capability into question. moreover, if the reason they gave for the issue was true, then only the pages to which their reason/logic applied should have experienced issues with rendering. but in fact all of my pages were having the bug. secondly, if the reason they gave was true, how come the website worked properly for a few hours although the underlying issue (as per them) wasn't fixed.
they fixed the problem only after a lot of back and forth. but the issue happened again within 24 hours and my website is still not functioning (
https://torwise.ca/). I wrote to dorik support team yesterday but they have completely ignored me - no response.
2. the hosting instructions provided on dorik weren't correct. so when I informed them of the issue they provided wrong guidance to me which wasted my time, delayed my launch and impacted my customers. when I pressed them further, they accepted their mistake and tried to resolve the issue.
I would not recommend dorik. underwhelming experience using a substandard product in my experience.
