DopaHop is a task & focus app built by a solo dev with ADHD, for ADHD brains. Most productivity apps run on guilt and broken streaks — this one doesn't. Dump one overwhelming task and it splits into small, doable steps. Plus routines, meds reminders, brain dump, focus timer and sounds, mood check-ins and home-screen widgets: the whole ADHD day in one app, not ten. Miss a day? It just welcomes you back. Free on iOS & Android.

Hi — I'm Nunzio, the solo dev behind DopaHop.
I built it for a selfish reason: I have ADHD, and every to-do app I tried made me feel worse. Miss a day, break a streak, get a guilt notification, delete the app. The tools meant to help were punishing me for having the exact brain they were built for.
Two ideas became the core:
1. Break tasks down. The hard part isn't doing a task — it's starting one that feels like a wall. So you dump one overwhelming thing and it splits into small, doable steps.
2. No punishment. No broken-streak shame, no nagging — miss a day and it just welcomes you back. The goal is to lower the bar to coming back, not raise it.
It started as just a task-breaker. Routines, meds reminders, brain dump, focus sounds, mood and home-screen widgets got added because I kept opening other apps next to it — exactly the juggling I was trying to kill. There's also a small mascot, Hop, for a gentle dopamine hit (it never guilt-trips you).
Free on iOS & Android, built solo. Honestly here for feedback.
If you have ADHD: what's the one thing that actually keeps you using an app instead of ditching it after a week? That's what I most want to get right.
