Nino speaking here 👋🏼👋🏼 I built Done-Copilot thinking about a tool that I was always looking for when managing teams (especially field teams distributed on the ground) and that can help me manage my own tasks without the need to use "another manual task manager" or without the need to download another app - something that is already out there, and I'm familiar with. No need to reinvent the wheel - just using and leveraging the existing infrastructure. So I thought about something my team and I use daily for communicating and that is where the idea of a Smart Task Assistant and Team Manager Assistant comes from: Just drop a task, a question or whatever you, your team or a specific person needs to do, remember or confirm in a Whatsapp message and that's it - Done makes the rest. If Nino needs to check the code by tomorrow EOD, just drop the message in the chat: - Nino will receive a WhatsApp message from the Agent with the task details, and reminders as soon the deadline is coming. - Nino will receive a task assigned in the Done Web Dashboard about checking the code for tomorrow end of day. Once completed (or started), Nino can just answer in the chat that is done, and the Assignee will receive the Task completion notification, and the system will be updated accordingly. The Agent creates, assigns and reports tasks on your behalf: - The person who needs to perform a task receives a detailed task with all the information through his Copilot. - You can check the status and receive updates whenever you want or when there's an update. So no need anymore for huge Whatsapp groups, and multiple conversations. With Done-Copilot you can manage your team and your tasks directly from Whatsapp, with no additional apps needed or long (and manual) onboarding times. From the WhatsApp chat you can: - Create, Edit & Delete Tasks: Create tasks for you and your team, edit details, and delete tasks directly from WhatsApp - just drop a message in the chat! - Manage Agenda & Team: Check what you have to do today, get notifications about task progress, and see team schedules. - Assign Tasks to Teams & Areas: Assign tasks to entire teams or geographical areas at once, track progress, and completion. - Set and Organize Personal Agenda & Reminders: Set personal reminders, get notifications, check your agenda, and reschedule tasks Multiple Teams assignments, Parent and Subtasks, Done covers everything! WhatsApp Agent and Web Dashboard are 100% sync, so users can use both as they prefer. Ask everything to the Copilot: - Statuses and to-dos, both yours and your teams. - Edit, Delete, Reschedule Tasks. - Info about Team workloads and Team members' agendas. No Apps or manual tasks creation - just drop a message and automatically keep track of everything. I would love to hear your feedback - and we are already working on Slack Integration too!

I was once trying to build something like this with my brother and we kinda dropped out of it I’m happy to see this product. I’m trying this 100%
