What do you think? …

As it is now, Don't Hit Publish is a really cool idea with enormous potential. Sometimes, however, I find the action items provided are way too general and do not specifically target the topic of the post title you enter. Said that, it is one more very appreciated tool for better content generation.

Pros:

So quick and easy to use

Cons:

The action items can be too general

I launched website just a while ago and this gives me just what I want. It's simple and fast so it's good for me and my team!

Pros:

Easy to use and the site loads fast

Cons:

Looking forward to more features coming out in the future

The marketing of this to "is my writing good enough" is a bit misleading to me. It would be better (and I think would get more traction) if it was around "will this do what I want it to do in terms of results".

Pros:

Very simple - over time will re-train the brain to have these things in mind as you create and write the post/article.

Cons:

It's not really about making you a better writer. The suggestions are tactical for results vs. the writing.

At first glance I was hoping the tool would analyze the content on the post connected via a link of copied and pasted into the tool so it can give accurate info. But it's just a check list of 5 star ratings. You can never be too sure about the result if any button can be clicked.

Pros:

Simple, intuitive... excellent tool that go straight to the point of what it promises.

Cons:

Any lazy person an choose the 5 stars and get A+ results.

Free tool! I’d imagine with expansive use Don’t Hit Publish will evolve into a paid/subscription service. For now, I’m glad it’s being introduced as a free tool.

Pros:

Checklist and quick (rethink) improvement tips!

This tool delivers on promise to help “you” up your posts - may reframe your writing process

Cons:

None seen yet.
