This is a very real SMB problem.

A lot of businesses don't need another inbox, they just need to stop losing the conversations already happening in WhatsApp. missed follow-ups, unanswered leads, old quotes, people who showed intent and then disappeared... that can become invisible very quickly.

The "no workflow change" part is probably the strongest piece here. if the team can keep chatting the way they already do, adoption should be much easier. Curious how Dokwise estimates the revenue at stake. is it based on conversation intent, past deal values, manual setup, or a mix of these?

Great question. When a business onboards, we ingest their last 6 months of conversations. First pass we auto build a business profile, including every services and prices they offer. Then to estimate revenue recoverable, we analyze each thread for the past 30 days, isolate the ones that did not convert, why and match the service discussed to the price we extracted in pass one. From there it’s simple math. Unconverted threads x price = revenue leaked. Across our clients it consistently lands at 20-30% of monthly revenue. We are able to recover a good portion of that simply by reactivating the conversation.

Meta charges per message from Oct 1 - why Dokwise is immune
