Review of Dokkio
I am an Associate Owner of a Realtor Brokerage in Sugar Land, Texas. I collect new build floor plans for future use in my business. This large stack of builder folders had no utility because in practice, I had no way to search the huge growing pile. I searched for a database that would allow my to place files in to a database that allowed me to tag each floow plan by builder and subdivision. Complete end to end search finally! I love that we have Dokkio now, great tool that I will use into the future.

I've been using Dokkio for quite a long time (beta user) and I've been pleasantly surprised by this tool. The team behind it is responsive to users' voice and very knowledgeable. I think Dokkio is very well positioned to become a necessary tool in this cloud ecosystem, and I'm looking forward to its development.

Dokkio has freed up so much time for me! Finding and managing files across multiple platforms for a non-profit org involved in multiple programs was a huge struggle. Then I found Dokkio. I’ve been relying on it for almost 2 years now, and can’t live without it. If you need to find it, file it, track it or share it, you just need Dokkio.

I stumbled upon Dokkio a few years ago and was lucky to have Matt jump on an impromptu demo with me at 11pm! I was sold and have loved and used Dokkio ever sense. I love the image recognition feature. I save hours and hours of time no longer searching multiple platforms with poor search capabilities. Dokkio is the best!

As an entrepreneur, content creator, and adjunct professor, I utilize multiple cloud platforms. Dokkio has been a lifesaver, enabling me to find a document, paragraph, or concept in seconds instead of manually scouring through services, folders, and documents. In addition, the Dokkio team (and CEO) have been exceptionally good at seeking and receiving feedback. They listen and implement many of the suggestions of their users.
