Hey Product Hunters 👋 If you’re like me, you’re probably feeling frustrated about all the small things that need your attention scattered all over the place. At home, there’s paper notes for everything, shopping lists, checklists of things to fix. There’s a board for your housing project, but it won’t get updated. There are appointments to be remembered, tasks to do, critical work-related projects, family to take care of, and the list goes on. The result, things start to slip. To solve for it, you add all these tools, and yes, there’s plenty of them, but the more you add, the worse it seems to get. And all these tools need maintenance to work, and you often find yourself spending more time organizing the tool itself than doing the actual work. We felt this chaos, and we lived through it for many years, causing minor but long-lasting stress. So we decided to do something about it. We wanted to create something so easy to use it can replace a post-it note, but sophisticated enough to manage a big project. The product is still in beta, but any feedback, questions or suggestions are more than welcome! 🙌

Great work guys! Definitely looks like something I would want to use for my personal projects. Clean UI ;)
Jon Malmberg
@luke_r Thanks Luke, glad to hear that :) I hope you will find it useful.

Looks very cool! As a user of a lot of tools for productivity this shows great promise to make managing my tasks easier

Thanks @naseh_badalov :)

this product isn't even launched. Why you are already advertising it?
Jon Malmberg
@divby0 It's in close beta currently but we're about to launch the beta shortly

I don't think anything yet... I'm waiting to have an access to try Doit. And I don't like to invite friends without testing before, so I don't know if I will have an access one day ;-) I have tried a lot of products for our business and our small team of 4 people. I'm looking for a tool to manage tasks inside or strong integrated with a communication tool (Gmail ou Google Chat). Perhaps Doit is THE product am looking for..!!
Jon Malmberg
@maxxoo No need to invite friends to get access to beta :) We've built this for individuals and small teams, so you sound like a great match. Would be awesome to get more feedback once you get access to the tool itself 🙌
Maxime Lambert
@jonmbrg Thx. So I'm waiting for an access and I will give you a feedback

Hi there, When lauching date for beta?
Saskia Bader
This sounds great. I'm often switching tools because the complex and context-rich programming tasks at work and the creative projects for my blog don't fit into a typical to-do list format. I'm always keeping my eyes open for a a flexible and powerful all-in one tool combining tasks, notes, files, calendar and collaboration features. I can't wait to test Doit - yet I don't want to invite people to a product that I haven't even used.
Jon Malmberg
@saskisnerdtalk This is what Doit.io is all about, combining notes, tasks, files, calendar (you can sync with your preferred calendar as well), and collaboration. Packed in a user friendly UI so individuals and small teams can get up and running quickly. No need to invite people to get access to beta. I think we need to make this clear, so thanks for bringing it up 😊
